Will you accept my insurance?

Take a look at our patient resources page to find a list of insurances we accept. We may accept your insurance even if it is not listed. You can contact our office with any inquiries.

What services do you offer?

We diagnose/treat cataracts, glaucoma, corneal diseases, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye, pterygium, flashes & floaters, and many other diseases of the eye. For more info, please visit our services page.

Who will I be seeing when I come in?

What is your COVID-19 protocol?

We are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. We ask all patients to wear masks during their visit and wait outside in their car before their appointment. For more on patient requirements and our process, please visit our COVID-19 Guidelines page.

Where are the offices located?

What do I need to bring with me to my appointment?

Photo ID and Insurance Cards, referral (if required by your insurance company), your current eyeglasses/medication list and new patient packet form filled out
